The Executive Director is responsible for the implementation of the objectives of the Fund and is empowered to make representations on behalf of the Fund. The Executive Director also heads the Secretariat. The Executive Director is evaluating all registered applications and recommending the best of them to the Council of Ambassadors for approval. The Executive Director is a statutory representative of the Fund.
