New changes in Grant Guidelines

We would like to inform you that from today, a new version of our Grant Guidelines applies.

 

The document brings several changes to our application and grant management procedures

 

1. Eligibility (for higher education institution with several organizational units)
– obligation to indicate the name of smallest organizational unit
– chosen unit has to be entitled, according to their internal rules, to apply for funding independently
– if overlapping larger unit has a running grant (in the same grant scheme), applicant has to ensure that that this project is administered by a separate subunit (page 2)

 

2. Finances and administration
– Exchange rate: even if the grant is not converted into local currency, the grantee can still use the exchange rate from the day of receiving the grant in the reporting phase (page 20)
– Expert fees exception for employees of state-funded research and higher education institutions (page 24)
