Winter session of the Carpathian School

At the winter session of the Carpathian School, all participants of the project will be gathered: representatives of the applicant, project partners, stakeholders. The results of the 6 online seminars will be summarized, the online educational hub and the curriculum project will be presented, and the proposals of the project experts will be presented regarding the post-war recovery of Ukraine based on the experience of the B4 countries. A competition of student works on the topic of the project will also be held and the 3 best ones will be awarded. The participants of the event will get acquainted with the cultural and natural heritage of the Ukrainian Carpathians, discussions will be held with local stakeholders and proposals for sustainable development of the region, its integration with the B4 countries will be held. The exchange of experience and the establishment of communications will contribute to the deepening of cultural and economic ties between Ukraine and the B4 countries, raising the awareness of stakeholders about sustainable management practices, and the birth of new initiatives for the sustainable development of the region. Visegrad Jazz Band: Czechia 2024

4 concerts of the Visegrad Jazz Band in different locations in Czechia. The JAZZ PO POLSKU Foundation, together with partners from the Visegrad Group countries – the Slovak Jazz Society, TIM Production and Czech Jazz Art – is launching the „Visegrad Jazz Exchange” project. The initiative will include concert tours and music workshops in all V4 countries. The project is co-financed by the International Visegrad Fund. „Visegrad Jazz Exchange” is an initiative to establish artistic cooperation among musicians from the Visegrad Group countries. The ensemble, formed especially for the occasion, will include acclaimed musicians Radovan Tiraska (saxophone, Slovakia), Rafal Sarnecki (guitar, Poland), Tomas Baros (double bass, Czech Republic) and Balazs Bagyi. The project will include 16 concerts, 4 in each country. The musicians will also conduct music workshops, addressed to students from music schools. The project will take place in spring and autumn 2024. The project aims to strengthen cooperation among artists and organizations from the V4 countries, both now and in the near future. As part of the project, we intend to create a unique ensemble that will include leading representatives of the current jazz scene of the Czech Republic, Poland, Slovakia and Hungary. The artists will perform a repertoire prepared especially for the occasion, based on modern jazz and inspired by the culture of the individual countries, as well as contemporary music. Medical Training “Procedures and principles of tactical care for the casualty in combat conditions” – MODULE I “Tactical assumptions and medical principles on the battlefield”

MODULE I of the training will take place in Dołhe town (Ukraine) and will include 20 hours of classes (theoretical and practical) held over 2 training days (10 hours per day), which will be conducted by 2 experts from Poland. A PL-UKR/ROS translator will be involved during the classes.
