Secondary Archive: Public launch and promotional campaign

The public launch will take the form of an online webinar. Each project partner will nominate at least one expert, curator, or artist to participate in the Online Launch event. They will share a short statement/presentation outlining their involvement in the project and sharing some insight into the art industry of their country. The presentations will be based on the essays written for the Secondary Archive. We will also invite additional guests. At the last launch, we invited also the representatives of the Visegrad Fund, Manifesta 14 Biennal, Artists from each country and Ukrainian partners and artists. The launch is going to be online, streamed on Facebook and will be available post the event to watch. In addition to the conventional promotion through our partner’s media connections and networks, we will enhance the project launch with the assistance of a PR specialist. They will be responsible for disseminating press releases, facilitating interviews with selected artists when applicable and project representatives, and monitoring media coverage. Through this campaign, our goal is to reach a broad audience by sharing information about the additional content and projects available within the Secondary Archive, such as new curatorial texts and research findings. We will also place a strong emphasis on collaborating with arts-focused media outlets both locally and internationally to boost awareness and support for the project. https://www.facebook.com/katarzynakozyrafoundation/
