Join our Team as a Project Manager

We are looking for a Project Manager (F/M) to join our dynamic team in Bratislava. If you have experience in project management and online marketing, and want to contribute to meaningful regional cooperation, this opportunity is for you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide guidance and consultations to potential applicants via email, phone, and video calls.
  • Process applications for grants and mini grants.
  • Assess project proposals and participate in evaluations.
  • Oversee project implementation from contract signing to final reporting.
  • Conduct on-site project monitoring.
  • Support the Fund’s PR efforts by creating content for the website, social media, and presentations.
  • Contribute to the development of internal processes and organizational improvement.

 

Required Skills & Qualifications

Education:

  • BA/MA degree (preferably in social studies, humanities, marketing communication,or a related field).

Language Skills:

  • Advanced English proficiency (B2-C1, both written and spoken).
  • Knowledge of Hungarian is an advantage.

Work Experience:

  • Familiarity with the civil society sector.
  • Project management experience is a plus.
  • Experience in social media management.

Competencies & Skills

  • Strong communication, public speaking, and creative writing skills.
  • Ability to meet deadlines, prioritize tasks, and pay attention to details.
  • Flexibility, adaptability, and a willingness to learn.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Basic digital literacy (MS Office, MS Teams, Canva, WordPress, or similar CMS).
  • A Category B driver’s license is required.
  • Knowledge of the socio-political landscape of the V4 region is an asset.

Contract conditions

  • 3-month probation period
  • Fixed-term 1-year full-time (40 hour/week) contract with the possibility of prolongation
  • Full-time labor contract (40 hours/week) with partial remote work (home office)
  • 100% compensation during sick leave
  • Work in a small and young international team
  • Starting salary from €1,600 gross depending on experience
