Egon Schiele Art Centrum p.b.o. (public benefit organization)

We have studios ranging in size from 50 – 75m2 and apartments from 24 – 65m2. The flooring is brick, tile or wooden and all the premises are heated. The apartments have hot water, fridges, showers, cooking facilities and internet access. Standard lighting and electricity sockets are fitted. All studios and apartments are located in the Egon Schiele Art Centrum complex in the historic town centre of Český Krumlov. There are numerous restaurants, cafés and pubs within a five-minute walk of the ESAC and a corner shop c. 150 m away. Children and pets may accompany residents, but we would like to know in advance if they are coming please. We would be happy to hear about any specific requirements from potential residents and would do our best to help them.
